Yes. Online donations will receive an immediate thank you receipt you may keep for your records.  For donations mailed to Manna House, you will receive a thank you letter/receipt which you can keep for your personal records.  You should receive this acknowledgement within 1-2 weeks after we receive your donation.  Additionally, end of year giving emails will be sent to all donors with a record of your total year contributions.

Yes, it is. Manna House has made every effort to protect your information. We use industry-standard SSL encryption techniques to make sure that your credit card information, passwords, and personal information travel securely over the Internet.

Personal information of our clients and volunteers likewise is safeguarded to a need to know basis, and only those handling your account personally, ie. intake person and financial administrator, will have access to your personal information. In other words, your identity is not an open record.

Yes, it is. Manna House is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Our Federal Tax ID number is 75-2442266. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

Manna House is grateful for the support given by individuals, corporations, foundations and educational, civic and faith partners. We are overseen by a Board of Directors and a multi denominational pastoral advisory, funded and stocked by the community with the help of partner agencies and NTFB.
